Ways to make coffee

Coffee is a wonderful drink that wakes us up in the morning with its aroma and gives a charge of energy for the whole day. And properly made coffee also improves mood. But not all of us have breakfast at our favorite coffee shop next door. Therefore, it is more affordable and easiest to prepare, so you need a good day drink at home, without leaving the home. Luckily, there are plenty of ways to do so.

- In a Turkish coffee pot (jezve). This is the oldest method of making coffee, which was invented by the Arabs. Jezve during cooking is placed on fire or hot sand. Also, today there are various pots made of stainless steel, ceramic, and electric ones. Just be sure not to boil coffee in a jezve. 

- Drip coffee maker. Principle of coffee making is that hot water passes through a layer of ground coffee in a filter made of fine mesh or special paper. The finished beverage flows (drips) into the lower bowl.

- French press. It is a piston coffee maker. It is loved for easy and convenient use. Just pour ground coffee into a flask, add boiling water, lower the press, and infuse for several minutes. Coffee is ready.

- Geyser coffee maker. Hot water under steam pressure is displaced from the lower tank to the upper, passing through the thickness of ground coffee. Used mainly at home

- Espresso machine. Coffee making in this way is very fast and involves minimal human efforts. The process is almost completely automated, you just need to fill the device with ingredients and press a button. The coffee machine grinds the beans itself, dispenses them according to the selected program and passes boiling water under pressure through the obtained powder.

- Kemeks. An alternative device for coffee making is a glass container that resembles a laboratory flask and funnel. A paper filter is inserted into the funnel, where ground coffee is poured. A stream of boiling water goes through a funnel with coffee and flows into the flask.

- Vacuum method. This coffee maker consists of two flasks and a filter. The principle of preparation - ground coffee is poured into the upper vessel; water is added into the lower one. When boiling, the water rises to the top of the vessel, where the drink is brewed. When water stops rising, they remove a coffee maker from the heat and allow to cool down. When cooled, a vacuum is formed in the lower part, which pulls the finished coffee back through the filter.

- Coffee in a cup. They pour coffee into a cup, add boiling water, and cover a cup with a saucer. 5 minutes, and the coffee is ready.

- Cold brewed coffee. Did you know that coffee can be brewed with cold water? If you pour cold water over coffee, leave to infuse for 18 hours, you will get a strong, tangy and incredibly soft coffee.

In fact, there are no big of making coffee. Coffee beans can be prepared for different tastes, in different variants. Almost everyone will find their own coffee drink.

But there are a few points you need to follow so as not to spoil this drink.

- In whatever you make coffee: in a cup, in a pot, in a coffee maker of any kind - please make sure that the vessel is clean. If there are traces of pre-cooking on it, they can spoil the freshly prepared drink.

- Use filtered clean water. The taste of coffee also depends on water.

- To make coffee more fragrant, you can heat coffee beans for half a minute without adding water.

- Store coffee in a a tightly closed container. Then the coffee will not lose its taste or aroma.
